Help from CoralDraw user

We are a tech startup making it easier for municipalities to support local business growth. We have a 7 page marketing document in CoralDraw that: (1) requires a once off task of making some minor formatting improvements (new fonts, some alignment fixes and swap out some images we will provide). This task will take less than an hour for anyone proficient in CoralDraw. (2) need to be occasionally update the document with with around 500 words of new text relevant to each potential client we send it to (we prepare the text and you would insert it into the document - so it's essentially a simple cut and paste exercise that would take minutes for each new version). We might ask you to do update once a week or 5 times a week. (3) needs to be provided back to us via a high quality PDF each time an update is done so we can then send it to the potential client. We don't have anyone in the company who can use CoralDraw. This is not a big job, nor a complicated job for anyone who uses CoralDraw on a regular basis but your help will be greatly appreciated. I have attached a PDF version of the document for your reference. We will forward the .cdr file on engagement.
