helping hand crypto currency

Before reading on i am looking for people that will be willing to work for free at the moment for a good cause, my whole purpose for the project i want to bring to life is about giving back and helping others that are in need of help and positivity in there life. I am looking to create a crypto currency asset that can function like all of above Digibyte, Dogecoin and so on. fast transaction speed, low fees, etc. if you were to say digital money this would be the coin. I'm looking to make something that can be easy adopted as a digital currency to help real life matters not like bitcoin where it takes forever to transfer and has crazy transaction fees. The reason to make the coin would be to fund a foundation that would go all over the world for one purpose and one purpose only to spread kind acts of goodness and love to where ever we touch in the world.
