my expertise with the raspberry pi would be more than enough to execute such a project, if you could manage the hardware at your end, ill be able to program everything and send you the iso of the raspberry pi that you will burn on your pi and run it. as for the sensors if i provide you with the list of hardware required you would be able to source them right ? text me and we can discuss further.

From the description, This is what I understood about the project.
There will be a raspberry pi, which will act as a master. One or more Arduinos connected to sensor modules which will act as slaves. Data will be collected in custom required time. Then ssh or similar clients for remote access.
I have worked on similar projects. I also have all necessary modules to test the program at my end. We can finish the project in no time.
I am little confused about on the rate as the currency is different. I can finish the project in approx 150 US dollars.
