Hi everyone we are an Italian startup called “Keywords”, and we are looking for a developer who can help us set up a prototype of a Windows web application.
The Windows web app aim is to provide the company’s employee (white collar) with a more complete knowledge of topics outside of his competences but with which he interacts every day. These are the list of points that must be included in the web app:
1. NEWS WALL: big picture with 5 different options of articles generated through machine from chat and projects) keyword menu (machine learning); one of the 5 dots is the "Monthly newsletter" (every team does a newsletter about their projects with keywords (hashtags); Search bar; Share button; Tool to publish the article. From the 6 categories, the last one is personalized.
After this first point, we need the following points at the left side, presented in a vertical way.
2. CHAT: with subset conversations and a search bar (like Slack). Full page for the chat. Machine learning used in the news comes from what the employee is chatting about.
3. SMART TOOL: personalized according to the job. For example, if I am an HR manager I would receive insights through surveys.
-For manager: a smart tool
-For the employee: a survey
4. TO DO LIST: with sticky notes
5. YOUR PROJECTS: percentage of the completion of the project, dashboard of the project.
OPTIONAL.
Optional_Employee directory (in the menu on the left)
Optional_ Useful links (outlook, trello, SharePoint…) (under the profile pic, top right)
Optional_ Anonymous request for help or complains
Resume:
The web app must present a double type of access to data:
1. Reserved for the admin who can have access to the global database summary (as an admin I should be able to see how many times employee X clicked on topic Y.
2 As a viewer, I can only view passively the output of the web app, upload documents, chat.
The attached document will give you a clear idea of what we have in mind for the web app design. The design must be minimal. Our need is for a SIMPLE, WORKING prototype.
