Laravel STEAM login edit

I need some changes to an existing website. Hi. We have "contentify" cms. This cms based on laravel framework and has STEAM login. But if u logged in website via STEAM firstime your username will be set as STEAM username. Example: My STEAM username is fdkdh3sf£_÷;'07 and if i logged in website via STEAM, website saves my username like on STEAM. What we need? We need if u logged on website via STEAM first time, u need to set username. Example: I click on button login via STEAM i go redirected to STEAM website, STEAM website takes my info and come back to our website, then appear modal box window with input: Username: ____Enter your username____ ant button save, then save username data and login. If username is already exist, got simple error.
