looking for an artist who can wear a few hats.

Hello there! My name is Kirby. I am a selfpublishing author who is just getting started and would like to produce many varied works such as traditional novels, and short stories that will need cover designs and illustrations within some of the pages. Some of my stories will be graphic novels from one shot stories to long running series. On top of all that, I will also be trying my hand at different advertising methods such as mini videos of some scenes just to give people a taste on medias like youtube, so someone who has animation software would be splendorous! Payments will vary because the projects will. Mostly I will pay for the size of project, not hourly, or number of pages. I also want to say I am not someone hard to work with. I'm trying to find partners/friends in this endeavor. Those who who have welcomed advice for me through the project. I do not intend to pay you, then give you like no credit.
