I am looking for a Creative Director who can conceive and implement visual marketing strategies for a NEW urban indie music artist that ranges from print media to digital presentations and social media. The Creative Director will be responsible for developing engaging collateral for our artist that tells a story and elicits an emotional response from fans. We are looking for someone who can execute these 3 pillars.
1. Brand Consistency
The Creative Director’s primary job is to develop, execute, and maintain a band’s overall brand image. Also the Creative Director should develop strategies that allow everything the band eats, sleeps and breathes to have overall visual consistency.
2. Marketing Momentum
Building a visual marketing campaign from scratch takes lots of time and resources.
3. Visual Expression
The Creative Director should implement the band’s visual expression, just as the band performs the group’s musical expression.
