Looking for a web developer for several start-up projects

Most of the required websites have a social network element, and we are open to working from templates and working from zero. We have worked on several similar projects with freelance developers in the past, so below are a few of the things that are useful for candidates to know before applying: - Your location doesn't matter to us in terms of your suitability for the job. - You need to be prepared to work irregular hours and periods from time to time, following the growth of the start-up. - Having experience in working with start-ups, especially online, is a big plus. - Being able to provide us with some examples of your previous work is another big plus. - Over distance, communication is crucial, so you need to be able to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken) and on time. All of the projects concerned are early-phase start-ups, so money is tight. Please keep this in mind when bidding.
