Mailchimp newsletter design

We are looking for a graphic designer who can help us design our newsletter template (header, footer and general lay-out) in MailChimp and assist us with making the contents look good also. Links to our social media pages must be part of the template design. We will provide the brand manual so that the template can be designed in line with that and we will also provide the contents for the first newsletter which will only contain three items / stories so there will not be a lot of work involved. Depending on the work delivered we might employ the designer on a weekly basis for our newsletter design/ lay-out so as to ensure consistency. We will need someone / a company with a good amount of stock photos, icons, etc to go with the different contents every week. We already have a MailChimp account and we will provide the chosen designer with access to the admin side in order to do the work before we test and send out the newsletters weekly. In order for your bid to be considered you must know MailChimp as we don't have time for your to get to know it first and you must have a portfolio of previous newsletters done by yourself to show us what you are capable of.
