Make illustrations or drawings based on pictures and descriptions

I need high resolution (min. 1000x800) drawed illustrations of a teacher, a dog, a boy, and two adults. The persons (except the teacher) will be caricatures of pictures I will send once a freelancer is chosen. Style of drawing/illustration should be comic strip with 4-6 colours. The work will be for non-commercial purposes so it is ok to be inspired from existing work. [Illustration 1] Dog: sweet dog with a visible tagname "Tim", stands on all four legs and carrying some papers in its mouth. On one of the papers it is possible to see a graph. Boy: skinny, young boy with a smile. Stands next to dog with a leash in some form of superhero costume with a big S on the chest (but not the Superman logo). Picture of an adult man will be provided, and this must be caricatured into a young boy. Woman in the background: slightly big, in her 40s, purple sweater, carrying books and papers. (profile picture will be provided) Man in the background: in his 30s, slim, nerd, blond thin hair, gray sweater, beige pants, (profile picture will be provided) [Illustration 2] Young female teacher, carrying text books, science laboratory equipment (magnifying glass, chemistry kit, weight scale, etc), looks worried and confused. No picture will be provided for this character. [Illustration 3] Same female teacher as in illustration 2, but the text books and science laboratory equipment is on the ground. The teacher now looks very happy and jumping of joy, holding on some papers in a clenched fist. All illustrations must be in the same style.
