5 MIN WEBSITE VIDEO - With Animated Character - QUOTE ONLY - Demo of work required

Hi Freelancers, Website VIDEO quote only. We have a small 5 minute (approx) video our client would like to create for a new website. The website marketing video will be to demonstrate the requirements on how to build your own in ground swimming pool, after buying the equipment from the store. A DIY Project. (Do It Yourself). We will provide the SCRIPT, IMAGES AND STORY BOARD, You have to put it all together. First run will be with an example Voice over to review speed of the content page changes. The second production run will be to match the Voice over with the completed file. AT this stage we are after a QUOTE ONLY before proceeding with the project. We would like our Character to be a little more animated. with the rest of the video along the same lines. New Script and Images supplied. For example, using a VECTOR file i think, (not sure as Im not in this area of Video Production or Animation) using artwork created in Adobe Illustrator CC or Photoshop CC, then using Adobe Character Animator.
