Monthly Advertising email

My company includes two brands of Industrial Construction Professional Services. The first is Job Site Safety, LTD, providing safety profesionals and confined space rescue teams for industrial construction projects. We also provide small rental equipment, training and site audits. The second brand is Inspection Services, LLC, providing construction site Project Managers and Certified Welding Inspectors. The services are distinctly different thus why we market them under different brands not to confuse customers. Our customers include construction contractors and the facilities owners such as power/ electric companies, refiners and chemical plants to name a few. The Project: I have multiple customers that have offices or facilities nationwide or within regions. Multiple offices manage different construction projects and it's almost imposable to visit all locations. My project is to develop emails specifically for contacts within the same company/customer. Some of these contractors have hundreds of decision makers that I could never get to for additional sales. These emails would serve as "news letters" of construction projects my company is working on for their company. I want to highlight the project, what we are doing/services performed and the employee I have at the site. My goal is to maximize sales within large accounts and to spread the word of our services to the decision makers in every market. We get recognized all the time by our customers for job well done. We want to spread the word of those accolades as well. Included below are PDF's of both brands for your review. I'm looking for a "mail chimp" template and content creator to create these emails monthly. I have uploaded a sample of a professional services email, I like the format however I am completely open to any design. It's the Northwest Mutual file. In addition I'd like to create a general "mail chimp" monthly email for all contacts in our data base. I will need the template and content created for this as well.I will be providing the information for the content to create each email. One of our internal employee sends out monthly emails and I included a sample of the last one. It needs to be better. I can provide lot's of information upon request.
