NEED A US BASED VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (LONG TERM)

Ideal Candidate: -experience in marketing of many facets (internet, cold call, appointment setting, network etc) -experience in cold calling and appointment setting -organized, go getter, aggressive sales -love commission and taking a part of the sales team -tech savy-especially Zoho, -creative -graphic design talent -excellent writer (PR, and persuasive) -love blogging, social media, talking in forums, and other methods of "getting heard" -outgoing, not afraid to get out there -make videos (graphic and put on youtube, hulu etc-build the audience for our account) -love to research finding new methods -loves to share new ideas, and help bring to life -has a large network of decision makers and/or others whom can be assets to Business -willing to "prove self" in "quality lead generation" in a probation period before receiving compensation for time -can do paper work for new clients and sales generated by team/or you (needed by clients whom we service marketing) -experienced in bulk sales (or other type marketing to that same target market) FYI: mainly retail or other places that buy product/services in large amounts to use or resell b2c -long term employment required (no job hopping) Compensation: *Hourly rate ranges from $25-$45 *Commission/Profit Share ranges from 5-8% *Based on qualifications and performance in probation period *Bonuses, higher % and other additional "financial rewards" are available based on performance over time *possibility of promotion in a specific or higher up General Administrative role (will consider exact area(s) of higher performance if better in certain than others) *Will be assessed after first 30-60 days determine if 12 month contract is offered *If 12 month contract offered, will be assessed every 3 months. Year end, performance will be used to determine possibly higher hourly, and/or %, possibly promotion etc *Ideal if relatively local in Greater Houston, TX or other where you can visit in person occasionally *Skills and qualifications priority over location
