Need a bespoke (unique) website design for an education company

We need a design for the home page of our new company website. Specifications will be provided. We are experienced with the web so please ensure you understand the following: - UX is important, as well as encouraging users to CTA areas. - we do not know what technology we will use (maybe Wordpress), so we need designs that can be used with any technology. - we need to project the right image - serious business but friendly, with fun educational courses. - if you are basing your design on an existing website or template, please tell us. This can be acceptable but we must know this. Ideally for us we would like a selection of initial unique design ideas, (maybe 3), then we will choose one, and then we will ask you to complete that design. Initially we are looking for designers based in or near London, or who are able to meet there. If you have any questions about the job, feel free to ask.
