I need a 3D Graphic Artist with 3D Rendering skills

I have a design I want, I need it cleaned up better, you can see the border AROUND THE TWO MEN/GRAPPLERS WHERE I CUT & PASTE IT. It needs to be slightly darker body border in place of the the white border where I cut & paste the tow men/grapplers etc, the same colour as the men but darker if you understand what I mean, so it blends in with the colored background etc. I ust need two types for the two badges for the back & front of the uniforms etc. One square 12" x 12" The square one has 'Menos Grapplg' across the top of the two Men/Grapplers as per picture attached. One round 12" in circumference (like a badge etc). The round/circular one has 'Menos' at the top half of the circle & 'Grappling' on the bottom half of the circle with equal spacing etc, to separate the two words Menos & Grappling from top to bottom etc. Thx Jim
