Need one creative adapted to 14 different sizes

Hi This project is not straightforward. I need someone who is 1. Experienced 2. Has a good internet connection since the file to be downloaded is large. 1.4 gb 3. Available immediately. This is due asap. For a good freelancer, this will take 4-5 hours after download. I have a creative which is a psb file (a large psd). The freelancer will take 30-40 minutes to understand the different layers of the file. Once you understand it, I need the creative adapted to 14 different sizes. The original creative is horizontal. Some sizes are horizontal. Some are vertical. I need this to be delivered in parts. 3 sizes at a time. Raw files will need to be uploaded on a google drive or one drive link. 2. I may not be available on freelancer all the time. The payment will strictly be through freelancer only but I would like the person to communicate on chat, email and/or phone since the project is urgent Payment terms 1. Milestones will be created but will be released once the client approves. 2. Willing to pay a premium for the right candidate who is available immediately
