I need some Graphic Design

Hello, My name is Brent. I’m from the Washington D.C. area. I’m looking for hire a graphic designer to complete a logo design for something rather interesting. My father has built an extravagant dock at his house on the Potomac river. It is referred to among friends and family as the No Rools Lounge. The place is the neighborhood party spot. It is a really big dock complete with a bar and lounge. The dock has boat lifts and welcomes boaters from the river. The whole atmosphere is all about boating, drinking, partying, and generally having a good time. It really has become the local hangout spot for people from the neighborhood and beyond. Keep in mind this is a private dock, not open to the general public for business reasons. I’d like to have a designer build a logo for the No Rools Lounge. I’m looking for more than a single logo though. I’m looking for a logo/picture that show the atmosphere of the dock. I would like the dock to be shown in the logo (I can provide pictures) as well at the atmosphere. The best way to explain what I’m looking for is something that would need to be drawn. It could even be a cartoon version of the dock with boats pulling up, people running around, maybe even a police boat keeping an eye on all the shenanigans happening on the dock. I’ll be with you during the whole process to help with ideas to make this the best we can possibly make it. Think Animal House, but for a dock on the river.
