I need some Graphic Design

Abbots Langley G&S Society are performing The Sorcerer in Feb 18. We are looking for a poster design to advertise the production primarily in Portrait but will need a landscape version and social media banner versions with a thumbnail also . We also use the same design on a flyer and will need the reverse also with the theatre seating plan, see attached. It needs to be reproduced in 2A0,A1,A3, A4 and A6 flyers. Our director has a few concept ideas "Peynet like looking something similar to this… [login to view URL] but with the addition of a table somewhere with a teapot on with a "Smoke" heart coming from the spout A top hat on the table as well (this gives the feeling that The Sorcerer is present, but we can’t see him.) Would be better if the figures are in Victorian costume more representative of the era of the operetta and not playing a violin (perhaps they could be making the tea?)" Themes to keep in the picture Birds, Gazebo (which I guess is more like a bandstand in this pic) Hearts The chair Lightness of the picture – I’m definitely going for a gentle view of the Sorcerer rather than a dark take on the story. Line drawing nature of the artwork The time scale for this would ideally be 6-8 weeks.
