Need Someone who can do 3D max work.. -- 2

I have attached the necessary updates, as we are getting closer. But I still feel like our graphics and style could use a more modern feel. Please see 8 attached images. These are the styles we want to use. The girls and the bar scene look much better, and more modern. The one titled Mansino Graphic style is how I want our graphics to look. More modern, almost like a movie made with computer graphics. I do not want the isometric view to look like we Googled Isometric and just copied the style. We must be original.
