I need a specticular website design in photoshop for joomla category for part of exhibition1

I Am looking for very advanced website with advanced layout and advacned feature .. the website that we want to build is for exhibition .. to participate int eh exhibition ..the website later I want to convert the design to joomla .. but first I need the design .. then we go step by step this project is all about the creative idea.. I am sharing which contents will be there.. 3 Designs required. 1) news and other stuff which is liek part of the design is already i ahve added in the attachment top part .. I need your suggestions about this as I need something very very professional design thats why I Am posting it here for the contest.. all the part title you can take as a service which will be in the design rest SUB PART of it will be inside but in design you will show it with jsut the title and also may be with icons and backgroudn images if you make it like Dashboard or something I really donot know but I need to see something very very specticular.. 1) header 2) footer design showuld be very very nice.. I am addign some reference but its just for a reference I need to see something special once someone sees it he says wow.. and also Color Code use #ffffff and litle part may be #008376 And also make it in the way so that loading time it gives some animation when scrolling like the website these days..
