Need two simple images with expiry date

Vehicle Registration No 2. QR Code 3. Expiry Month and Year 4. A color block with which visually can know that the image is for a particular month for e.,g Jan is blue, fed is red, march is green etc., You dont have to do the colors for all the months. you are suppose to do for only one month as a concept YOu will provide two simple design images for the above.
