Need a web portal with different levels of users, who can log in and view folders/files. Admin creates folder structure, uploads files. Note - large video files need to be embedded, not uploaded to the server. Admin assigns permission level to each folder. Folders/files inside will inherit permissions from parent. There will be 3-4 user levels. Admin creates users and assign an access level. Admin will also have the ability to edit/delete users, reset the passwords. Users need to able to reset their password automatically, via email.
