Practice time tracker/database on teaching website

I want a program for my website that allows students to track their practice times and see all of their practice time in minutes and hours for all the times they've tracked.
Ideally this program would allow students to pick a date they practiced and allow them to enter how many minutes on that day. That info would then go into a database which would show students how much practice time they've put into the system overall.
Students should be able to undo the input if they've made a mistake, and should be able to set date parameters to see how much they've practiced in a day/week/month/year/all-time. Students should also be able to see a list of all other students in the system and be able to see where they are in a master list of practice times - who is in the lead, 2nd, 3rd, etc.
I should also be able to add and take students out of the system, while also being able to adjust times manually if needed.
My website is currently on WordPress and would need the program to integrate with the current site.
