Process, edit head shot photos - create ID badge pictures

Need: Part 1 - Approximately 350 photos will be taken of about 75 employees (head shots). The best photo will need to be selected, processed for color correction, lighting, contrast, crop, etc. Exported as JPG. Export should have two versions Part 2 - With the exported images (approximately 75), ID badge images (sample attached) will need to be created. Each head shot image will need to be masked and dropped into the template (created by you) and then the person's name and department will be updated (each person will have one image with their name and department in it for reference). Then the image will need to be exported as a final JPG image for printing. Any scripting or other methods to speed up the work is fine as long as it produces acceptable images. File transfers will be via OneDrive or similar. Requirements: -Professional photo processing and editing experience. Pleas provide examples. -Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop or compatible -Ability to deliver product within 48 hours of input file delivery -Ability to communicate in English -Work will begin around August 30, 2018
