I am looking for a partnership with a creative developer/graphic designer who can support me in creating websites with wordpress. I manage (hosting) and maintenance about 15 websites and have to develop six new sites within the next 2 month for my customers. Some parts of developing I can make by myself, like install wordpress, themes, menus, plugins and content.
However, I need help in:

- Get the website more fancy (for example using parallax)

- Innovative ideas

- Programming special features (Template editing)
- Resolve errors
For the first project, I prefer an estimate price for complete project. Some of the further jobs, I want to pay on an hourly basis, because we work together on projects and a forecast is not exact possible. Therefore, I need also your hourly rate.
To keep clean, I use a ticket system (Jira) to record all doings like tasks, errors (including errors from customer) and the time recording.
