We would like to build a smart cloud-based POS system for restaurants, groceries and retailers with the following features: 1. Inventory management. 2. Dine-in, take-away or delivery orders. 3. Live on-map tracking for customers deliveries. 4. Customised bill design. 5. Built-in call centre to receive phone orders. 6. Customer loyalty program and referrals. 7. Staff attendance management and monthly duty schedules. 8. Suppliers management. 9. Branches management. 10. Franchisees & royalties management. 11. Cash management. 12. Accounts: Automatic Profit & Loss statements. 13. Back office management. 14. Full Control: Dashboard at owner's smartphone / computer, Live video & audio to monitor the store, Push Notifications of staff attendance goes to owner’s smartphone, Play music in your store remotely, Check temperature of the store, Chat with branches. 15. Auto reports: Sales, Stock level, Inventory, Staff attendance, Late orders served to customers, Average serving time, Deliveries, Supplier price sudden change, Monthly overall situation of restaurant / shop, Profit & Loss reports. 16. Marketing: broadcasting emails and messages to customers database. 17. East integration with 3rd party apps such as Groupon. 18. Like example Card Reader, Is any hardware Interaction API available? there is many more queries regarding that.
