Starting a new Fashion Line for Women

I am starting a new fashion line, which is why I want to find a designer freelancer or students in Fashion Design field who will design the first collection is Spring/Summer for 2019. As my target customer is women in the age range 18-38. This line will be Modern Casual which they can wear to work and also can hang out with their friends too. Comfortable, confident, elegant and trendy are what I want to bring to the customer.
I am looking for the designers who will design me 4 completed fashion styles. They could be a dress, skirt, shirt, t-shirt or pants in either hand-drawn and scanned or Adobe Illustration file format. This will be my spring/summer collection, so I expect there will be a more bright color and useful pattern. If you also could suggest the material for each design, that would be great.
