A team or a single professional on WordPress, PHP, CSS and graphic designer needed

Hi there. We re looking for a team or single person to help us with our website. Basically we need to develop this: Our website will enable users to complete some surveys. The surveys will be a simple form/survey. This forms will capture data in the form of text, multiple choice and check boxes. Some Google forms that we used in the past generate graphics and statistics that are very handy, for the custom surveys we want to make, we want to generate some stats that our user and site admin can see. An important thing to do is to be able to see how long the users take to solve the survey. We need to keep track of when they log in and out, how long they took to do the survey etc, nothing too fancy but at least we want to see some info of how fast and easy they are working so that in the future we can improve our system. Our initial budget is 500 dlls for the task below. Once we are done we will do a job for 1000 dlls where we will add 4 more surveys FRONT PAGE: ( we will develop this first. basically we will transfer the content of our old site to the new, and we will add some new images, text and menus.) The front pages/ front end of our site needs to be created first. we will use simple text, images, menus, videos. First we will use the menu plugin we already have and create the typical About, contact and some other menu items, then, we will add some text we already have along with lorem ipsum text. A mockup of the site will be given to you. then we will add these functions: SEARCH ( this will be a simple front end search) BACKEND. We will have the typical admin login on a hidden url. the admin will be able to administer a simple video library plugin ( maybe youtube or locally hosted videos), calendar plugin ( google calendar), survey plugin and website front end content management. The admin needs to be able to set up and manage a google calendar from the backend so that he can coordinate with the users some video chat sessions that will be done via skype ( if you know of a way to make the video chat sessions via our website please advice us on how to do it, if we integrate a skype plugin or somehting, we are fine with that). CUSTOM SURVEY. This will be the fun part. for this job, we will only make one out of five survey chapters. the first chapter will cover this. When the user logs-in, we need to ask him some personal data.. in text boxes, numbers, check boxes etc. this data will be stored on the back end so that the admin/admins can see it. for each user we will have a folder/file. Inside that "file" we will store the data of each user and be able to create graphics based on the answers of the surveys they do. within this file/folder, we need to have the option of having a comment section where on or more admins can save coments and chat about the user and how he developes during the survey. We will provide you with the video, text, images and content for the survey and the layout/mock up of how the survey, admin panel and user folder will look like. We will also give you a mockup of how the comment section will look like. each survey will generate statistics that can be printed or shared via PDF. We are open to suggestions of how to administer the surveys, videos and users. If you know of a good way or system please let us know. What we are interested the most is to see how long users take to answer, how meany times they played a video, if they logged in and out several times during a survey, the order in which they answered the survey questions etc etc. For the front page we will provide you with a mock up of how it will look like, colors, font and content. once we are done with this first job, we will do the second job where on the other survey chapters we will implement some simple games and puzzles that users will interact with. this puzzles will be given to you. thank you and please consider that this will be a full time job and we are hoping to do it in 1 or 2 months.
