Go through my site and place a "Under Construction" info on each page

I need someone to go though my site and on each menu page, place an "Under Construction" picture (already in the pictures media section of the site) and brief message that states:
"To better serve our patients with the most up to date information on our office we are giving our website a face lift! Please excuse our missing information during this brief time period. Thank you for understanding! You can still submit information in the Appointment Request area above and reach out via our contact information listed above as well."
Also fix the About us page so it shows the right margins like the there pages do.
Edit the menu area of mobile as I messed it up just now trying to edit a page disruption but don't have time to fix. The main menu is correct but the mobile one has an error.
* Do not edit the new page on: Sciatica/ Sciatica as someone is building that page now or will be in the next 24 hours.
