update current website design

This project about applying new designs for current website ([login to view URL]), it is include psd design and HTML responsive also. if you can do developing work also for the new functions that mentioned in my requirements then i will raised the budget. please have a deep look for new designs there are some new functions. All designs in attached pdf are samples, you have to provide new designs. I will create 9 milestones to split the total amount as follows: 1- 15% for (homepage) include logo. 2- 15% for (Inner pages) of all sections. 3- 5% for (inner page) of (auction section), because for this section some privacy. 4- 15% for (listing pages) of all sections. 5- 5% for (listing page) of (auction section), because for this section some privacy. 6- 15% for (detail page) for all sections. 7- 5% for (detail page) of (auction section), because for this section some privacy. 8- 15% for (post an ad page) 9- 10% for adding symbols and icons for all categories and subcategories according to our specifications mentioned before.
