We operate a single point Auto Body Express Collision repair facility here in Canada. Currently we have a very basic website created using Word Press. This site needs updating with a focus on conversation. We are running a quality Google PPC campaign, remarketing, and display ad. Its clear that we are NOT converting as well as we should. We will require someone with graphic design capabilities as well someone with experience lead conversation . The site must be mobile responsive as well desktop friendly. There is additional content which we will prepare and need to work with professional that can illuminate our blind-spots. At this time we would like brand ourselves as 'Express Collision Centre' an idea which is not currently clear. As the premises are not impressive the expectation is that we will require stock photos through Shutterfly or similar and creativity to give the site a profession appearance. Hi, I think one of the reasons your website is not converting is because it is extremely slow, specifically in mobile devices. On desktop computers, it takes around 7 seconds to load, imagine how long it will take on a mobile phone over 3G or 4G. Probably people get frustrated and leave your website. Do you have Google analytics installed? It may provide valuable info on exit pages, etc? I would do a few design changes as it looks too black and white to me. The slogan on the slideshow does not stand out. I would also add a little bit of info about the services that you offer on the frontpage. And probably a quick contact form somewhere above the fold of the page.
