Web Designer & Wordpress Developer Needed for Web Redesign

I'm looking for a competent WordPress developer and graphic designer (must first be proven to be competent in Photoshop with trial mockup) who can work with me to deliver a professional looking website for a company website we have. The project consists of the following specification that you must deliver: - Redesign current WordPress website at [login to view URL] (around 30 pages or up to a dozen page layouts) and content presentation to be inline with design concept found on our brochure here [login to view URL] - Provide one or two trial mockup design as described above before we can commit to complete the project. Must work together - on the same photoshop files - to design the site with me. As I'm not a web designer, I need your assistance to consult in the best industry practice. Sample frontpage I've initially designed for this project is attached. You will need to continue designing the pages in the same style and design concept as described in this project. *Note: If your first trial mockup design is not up to my standard, then we will agree to cancel the project immediately. - Old web content can be viewed here: [login to view URL] (content only, old design and plugins was lost/reset in a recent malware attack) - Deliver a professionally presented responsive WordPress site that must have consistent look for desktop and mobile devices. - Prefer to use Evolve Plus WordPress template I've purchased at [login to view URL] and able to maximize its slider revolution features in this re-design application. - The developer must be competent to customize source code to customize the look of the template, and also must have a good taste in design and appropriate use of images. Photoshop skill is appreciated but not necessarily required. I use Photoshop as a photographer and I will be available to assist to supply all images needed. - Final website must have a mix features found on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Note: Please carefully review the sites mentioned and understand that sliders (drag and slide) for content display found on [login to view URL] will be used in this project. (slider on alstom site "Join the conversation" section) Please confirm you can replicate this slider. Application of this slider can be reviewed on sample design attached. - Must be able to provide a mock up designed in Photoshop to prove you have the designing skill and can complete the job as required.
