I need some changes to an existing website. Hi I have an existing website and would like to add an additional custom feature. It is a Wordpress site. The feature is basically having users able to upload music into a player with a commenting system. Users will be able to chat or comment in real time while listening to music. I would like to implement a lottery system so users music will que up to play based on the user who wins the lottery in between song plays. Similar to this: [url removed, login to view]

If you can find the best way for users to upload tracks from the front end or maybe integrate soundcloud so users could just simply link their sound cloud to releave server load. If uploading front end maybe after the song plays the audio files uploaded could be auto deleted after a few days or whatever works best. The purpose is to have users stay on site to be engaged. I currently have a page within pages based on music genre where users can comment using google plus commenting plugin however, would be cool to ingrate either just one page with feature mentioned above or make short code to add feature to multiple pages with a short code.
