I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. Looking for a full time web developer who can build and maintain few small business websites. we believe this contract should last from few months to few years and maybe permanent if one of the websites takes off and generates revenues as per our business model. If interested please contact with: 1) monthly salary expected. 2) prior experience with some examples of current websites. 3) any experience with My SQL,Joomla CMS, AWS cloud hosting. What to expect from our end: 1) profit sharing from website revenues. 2) fixed monthly salary. 3) during downtime the candidate is allowed to freelance to maximize his earnings. What we expect from person who is hired: 1) responsible for development and maintenance of all sites. 2) responsible for constant upgrades and changes as needed.
