Can call data from any other users on the data base 2- A=user A-can register new super members and add there information automatically including there passport photos using a web or cam cameras. B-creat full profile and save it online BUT need super user login to edit saved profiles for super members and members C- all new super members are listed on excel sheet but once clicked display full profile page that displays a full half picture on a member with full names, date of birth, id numbers, address, allergies and special attention needs, date of registration, etc. 3- B= users . Can add there data and save it with no acesss to edit or delete it, but can view and print there data. BUT need super user and A user login to edit there saved datas. A- can upload and send attached files or assignments to all super memebers on the data base. B- can print reports automatically and send to super memebers separately. C- All reports are saved before print and can be only edited by super users and A Users login to enable edit of those files. 3- super members A-All super members profiles can be created by only super users and A users only. B- they get assignments sent from B-users in there notes folders [login to view URL] logging in to there profiles C-they can view and print there recieved attachments but cant edit anything from there profiles. D- all recieved files are deleted automaticaly after 7 days. 4- members A- Account or profiles are created by super users and A users only. B- they can recieve reports sent by super users A users B users Direct into there reports folder They can print and download there files but can not edit there profiles or anything in there accounts All files recieved in there accounts folders can only be deleted using super users or A users loggins only THE SITE HAS TO BE EDITABLE IN TERMS OF THEMES BACKGROUND COLOURS AND SITE NAMES AND SLOGANS but commands dont change In otherwise can be duplicated if need too.
