Website Build project - French boutique hotel

I am looking for a web developer / web development team to collaborate with to create this site inline with my clients RFP. I am a freelance marketing consultant and have been working with this client for 2 years on this project. Project Daedalus, a confidential Cognac, French boutique hotel project, currently operated by other owners as ‘Logis de Puygaty’ is to be acquired. Daedalus upon acquisition will rebrand and re-launch as an authentic French 4-star countryside experience, targeting international travel club enthusiast’s, travel club boutique hotel guests, long stay holiday estate and high-end B&B depending on the season. Offering shall include destination accommodations, weddings, events and range of culinary, wine/cognac and wellness. While not officially a hotel, by definition, it is our intent to operate in the described niche. Replace (redesign) the entire guest facing experience and back-end creating a cutting-edge hospitality capture set of tools, social media driven, targeted website with strong visual, emotional appeal and technical workings from existing website: [login to view URL] Technical Requirements The website will be integrated with various components of SiteMinder and Little Hotelier and social media plugins / integration and Yoast SEO. In-room integration with digital guest book service Yoomondo is desired. Full documentation for future service updates/upgrades and builds is required documentation. We would like a child theme created.
