Website design and build

I need to design a website which has a database ability, search function and social media sharing function. The website will allow users to:  - Log in, establish a user name and create a profile  - Enter data into a standard form (some of which is geo-coded)  - Search the database using simple search criteria Specifically, the website should;  - Record the users information via a standard form (of approximately 8 questions – some pre coded, some open text and some geo-coded)  - Display the users information in a summary format and full format using interesting graphics including infographics, text and maps  - Allow users to search using simple search criteria devised from the standard form  - Allow the users to share their information with others  - Allow users to create a wish list where they can store the information they search A more detailed brief will be shared with the successful freelancer upon signing of a non-disclosure agreement. We will review the previous work undertaken by the freelancer before awarding.
