Website redevelopment

We want to redevelop our website. The Freelancer should know PHP, Website development, app development, content writing, and creative thinking. We have developed a website ([login to view URL]), this project is to redevelopment one section in my site (Freelance), resolve any coding issues, mobile app development, automatic mobile messaging service, adding google analytical tools, enhance design & graphics, resolve problems related to user interface, content development/verification, user agreement terms, and conditions. Read the general summary document attached to understand further details. For each proposal submission, we require not more than 24 hours for approval. The project is lumpsum bid project or as stated below. The content shall be in English language only. The freelancer can provide a bid for the section of the scope of work. We can include each section of the bid as a milestone for the project. Kindly read the full scope before bidding and provide your proposals, other details on how you will be able to achieve this task. The scope provided shall be very detailed, and each point needs to be covered. The project shall be completed within 60 days of starting the work. Kindly do not bid if you want the advance payment to start work.
