Wordpress Customization & Fixing

I need a wordpress design/programmer that can customize my template that im using for my blog website [login to view URL] There's issues with the template that i need fixed and there are customizations i want done to better serve my members. Here are some issues. 1. Menu are misaligned, you click on the link, nothing happens, you click below the link and it works. 2. Logo colors need to chance depending on the background color. when the background is white, the logo needs to be black. the background color is black, logo needs to be white. Customizing needs to be done. 1. i am using a membership plug in that i need the registration page and the other pages that comes with to be customized so it looks professional. 2. i need all the color schemes to match my theme, which is white, black, silver/gray. 3. i need a portfolio area where users can upload their photos and it will show it in a grid. and othjer things as well if you are applying, please message me directly so i know you want the jobs. thanks milestones will be made in multiples
