I would like to hire a Graphic Designer

Hi , My name is Aisha and I am a young starting entrepreneur wanting to start a business and need your help creating a logo and Advert for my product. My product is based on smoking product and accessories that I know is widely popular but my one comes with a more comfort type item. I would like to creating my brand which is called Smokin' Box. Smokin' box is a balance between your craves and your essentials. from friends and family I know how much people need to have there bits and piece to smoke by them plus snacks are essential in a smoker's life. so I've decided to create a 2in1 but 3 compartment box which includes just that. What I want done : text in smoke bubble type design to really signify that its for smoking and the apostrophe to be a green leaf which symbolises 420. I want the 'O' in between the b and x to be a Joint and the O will be blown out the Joint's mouth. it would be nice if you could make it where the Joint has arms and legs to make it look more realistic and specifically a little joyful with the eyes slightly red as if he was Faded ( Yes its a he and the joint is called jay for humour sake lol) . I would like to have the logo made into a cartoon style. ,my colour scheme would be black, grey , white , red and greens. I am going to attach the best I could get my picture onto paper but way more complex than what you see. if you need more please feel free to give me a message.
