Write a Book

I am looking for someone to help me get a small book project online through Amazon's Createspace. At the end of the project, would like it available on demand and in an e-version. It is a parenting advice book, that will be set-up like an illustrated children's book. I am looking at the 8.25 in. x 8.25 in. size, but open to suggestions. Book to be in full-color and approximately 30 pages. The book will have ten main sections. Each section will be two pages. One page of illustration (art is being created separately), and one page of text. The text on each page will be about 250 - 350 words.
