Chatbot with 1 Card Micro Game

I am looking for somebody able to design a chatbot with a tarot card choosing feature, like in the webpage [login to view URL]

You probably need a VPN to see this page, setup a Brazilian IP in VPN.

Bot need to be responsive anf work both on mobile and desktop.

I attached a txt file with all the features i need, I will starte pasting them here, but I have limited amount of characters available here, so the descrpiton will continue in the attached document. Here we go:

About options configuration and languages:

I need to be able to configure texts, personal data field names that i will ask to the user and other options, the bot do NOT need to be in different languages, because i will configure the texts by myself, i just need to be able to configure every option and text in it.

The name of the personal data that i will ask to the user must be a variable that i can change and configure. So, the bot must let me decide what kind of personal data and amount of personal data to ask because depending on pages where i will put the bot, I will ask only for email, or for email and birthdate or for email, birthdate and phone number, depending on the webpage where I will use that specific bot. I need these fields to be validated, meaning that the email field needs to be a real email, the phone number must have the following configuration (xx) x xxxx-xxxx, the name variable do not need to be validated. Also, I need to be able to choose the name of the personal data i ask to the user, the name that the user will see, because i will translate it to different languages, i mean i need to be able to configure the following for example: I want the bot to ask phone number and call this: "Give me your phone number" or call this "Phone number" or whatever i want to put there in whatever language.. Did you understand me? SO i need a configuration options page that will allow me to setup which personal data to ask and how this data will be named...

The bot need to be something that i can use in different websites at the same time. For example, in USA i will have an english bot, in Italy an italian bot, and i will only configure bot options and load the code on the specific website i want it to run and they must be able to run at the same time. So the bot must be able to run in different websites with different configurations/languages at the same time.

The bot must be able to identify some details of the user, like user device, user browser, user OS and i need to be able to user shortcodes to insert these details in chatr messages i send to the user.

The bot needs a GEOip system that will recognize user city, user region, user country, and i need the option to use shortcodes to insert these into bot messages, I need to be able to insert only city or only country or all of them, with shortcodes.

The bot needs an option to put a countdown timer in it (like use timer or not use timer, i need to be able to decide). I will choose if using countdown timer or not and the amount of minutes the times will have.

I also need the option to put in the bot today's date variable, like other cpa plugins, that will change everyday with today'date.. Ex; today it will show 17 Aug 2017, tomorrow it will show 18 Aug 2017, and so on....

Also, the graphics, i need to be able to choose an avatar for the chatbot, different avatars for different pages, meaning that chatbot messages will show a picture with them and this picture need to be customizable because i will change it on every page i will use..

I need to be able to insert this bot into a wordpress post or a html page.

Now, the tarot part... First of all, i need to be able to choose if the bot will show ot not show the tarot cards.
