HTML-CSS designer needed for ongoing basis | signing an NDA is must

Looking for a designer who can work with me for ongoing changes & fixes in a couple of my website. The work is serious so expecting the designer to be same start from the communication, attitude & quality of work definitely. Here are some condition which are must to follow: 1. Sign an NDA (with a scan copy of any Govt id proof) before I share the job (don't apply if you're not comfortable) 2. I will invite you to join a project Management tool which will track the work you're doing in my project. 3. All changes that you'll make has to be mentioned into a text file 4. First you need to check each point I have mentioned into the changes doc and then clarify if anything and then only give me a cost. So if you're okay with all these things, please apply. Thanks
