svg animation

i have 5 issue. now i start issue 1 .if you successfully completed i will begin all issue. ISSUE: Cookies. We'd like the cookie pan to slide in from the top (like its coming out of the oven) and then have the steam animated. Not sure if the entry animation would be done in the SVG or if that would be handled on the site. Ideally the animation would loop after entry. but we are also timing these slides so it doesn't have to loop necessarily, but we havent settled on a number of second for each yet.
