Populate Excel Spreadsheet with product from PDF and websites

We require a professional team to work with as an ongoing relationship to populate excel spreadsheets with product data and upload to an online OpenCart store. "AND" populate the list onto Google Shopping through an already installed extension. "AND" Create SEO tags. You will conduct a test upload of 3 products first to confirm you have the correct values and upload sequence, which we will check and then confirm whether you can continue work. We are using extensions: A. Opencart CSV Product Import extension: "CSV Product Import ver. 3.6 (developed by karapuz)". B. UKSB Google Merchant Feed. We are willing to use different extensions if others are found to be superior as we are not sure if the import extension is compatible with the Google Shopping extension. This is to be clarified by YOU to us before the project starts. Project will be broken down into 4 stages. (Milestone 1. 10%). Test upload - Approval to proceed. (Milestone 2. 30%). Supplier 1 upload completion (Approximately 115 items - product data and images supplied in files by us) Code: Bax (Milestone 3. 30%). Supplier 2 upload completion (Approximately 450 items - Some product data and "MOST images" supplied in files by us, remaining from external websites) Code: G8 (Milestone 4. 30%). Supplier 3 upload completion (Approximately 370 items - Descriptions and images from external websites) Code: Tac Timeframe: Start work on Tuesday 9th December or earlier if possible and complete in 7 days. Products: There are approximately 950 products. Team Requirements: We require a team of professionals with proven results for online cart integration and uploads. 1. Data. a. Excel Spreadsheet template attached. b. Product catalogue samples attached from 3 suppliers. c. Product pricelist sample attached from 3 suppliers. d. Product data will be in 3 formats from 3 different suppliers. e. data and images will be available for download via FTP from our server in .png or .jpg formats. 2. Meta Data a. Description to be product description in short b. Keywords are to include product code/ part number, product name, description keywords identifying each product for SEO. 3. Product Descriptions: a. descriptions are to be copied from supplied files and/or copied from supplier websites. b. are to be entered into spreadsheet in HTML, utilising lists and tables where required. 4. Product images: a. if not supplied by us, the images will need to be copied from supplier websites and all watermarks removed. b. images to be cropped to 700px X 700px or ratio of this. Every product requires a true and correct image. Aspect ratio to remain locked so images do not distort. c. any watermarks, supplier details or backgrounds other than white are to be removed. 5. Product Tags to be entered. 6. Model Numbers to be entered. 7. Price to be entered based on a calculation we provide you. 8. Tax Class to be entered. 9. Stock Quantity to be entered and Minimum quantity to be entered. 10. Subtract stock to be entered 11. Out of Stock Status to be entered. 12. Requires shipping to be entered. 13. SEO keyword style entered as an example (seo-keyword) 14. Dimensions, weight etc. entered if available 15. Status enabled 16. Feed into Google Shopping completed 17. Manufacturer entered 18. Categories and sub categories. a. If an item is in a child category, it must also display in ALL parent categories. 19. Minimum of 4 "Related" products per product.
