We require a website for our real estate agency. The site must be completed within 14 days. We have designed the layout and will provide you with a low res jpeg so you know exactly what we want. Then we need the following:
-build and code the website as a custom WordPress theme. This is essential, no templates please. The site will have a page for each city we serve (up to 6), a page for all of our agents and then each agent will have their own page with their own listings on it, a page for each listing with an animated photo gallery of pictures, a contact page, search page, home page, buying page, selling page and a few other general information pages
-social media must be integrated without with share buttons
-we need the ability to make changes to the photos and text within WordPress and without coding
-adding new listings must be very easy for our staff to do
-the website must be able to accommodate hundreds of listings and the user must have the ability to search for listings based on the agent, city, street or looking at them listed on a map.
We are looking for you to put together the WordPress site with basic information and we will add the complete content ourselves.
Please include samples of your WordPress work with your proposal. Only those who include samples of their work will be considered.
