I need someone good with design/bootstrap to generate a ready to use bootstrap 3 html template based on a provided style guide.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING!
You will be required to deliver 3 html pages, and they will be:
1st html file will be a fully working and responsive version (desktop and mobile) of the login page described on the style guide, on page 5. Note that there is a requirement on this page that requires the page to have a static background image and another image with patterns like squares, circles etc over it.
2nd html will be a fully working and responsive version (desktop and mobile) of a content page described on the style guide, on page 6. Note that this page has a wizard-like control that will need to show progress as the user completes each step. Each step will have its own content. I believe the Bootstrap Tab control can be styled to meet the requirements, but feel free to do something else that will work. It just need to be on the same page.
3rd html file will be a page showing all the styled components described on the style guide on pages 11 to 21.
Minimum browser requirement is Internet Explorer 11. The template needs custom fonts that will be provided, so you'll have to configure it to use them.
Note that ALL texts will need to be html content. For example, you will not be allowed to use images for the buttons. Instead, you'll need to style the button tag so any text can be set to it.
The guide is in Brazilian Portuguese, so you may need to use google translator to read some of the instructions, but I'll be happy to help with that.
The style guide is confidential, so I'm not allowed to post here for anyone to download, however, I'm allowed to provide it to potential developers who will work on it. So after you have read these instructions, let me know and I'll provide it to you.
All the assets needed will be provided. You will not need to create any artwork, you'll just need to write html and css.
I have a very very short deadline, I need it ideally in 2 days, but let me know if 2 days are not enough before placing your bid so I'll need to re-negotiate the date with my client.
