Design a Beautiful Gamifying Interface for energy consumption

Hello everyone, I give $35 USD to Develop a beautifull web application that will display the data collected by all users sensors, of your hypothetical mobile computing application. It is emphasized that the data also have a temporal component, so the way visualization should show their evolution over time. PS.2 You can assume that the first steps have already been taken and that the data is readily available to you in a form that you prefer.
