Help me with javascript

We want to use javascript to add a webshop product that has product options (like color, size, etc) to a cart in Ecwid. It is easy when you know the field names, but in this case the user can configure their own product options, so they are different every time. Therefore we want to get/scrape the options and the values from the page. In the end what we are trying to do is; how to add a product to a shopping cart with options: [login to view URL] (look at the example json on the right) So we need the product options.
