Javascript (bootstrap - freelancer theme) does not load properly

I use python/flask, gunicorn, nginx, bootstrap/freelancer.js. It works well on my local machine (that does not use gunicorn and nginx) but on the web ([login to view URL]) the javascript does not load properly. When you do a shift-refresh it randomly works. It has something to do with gunicorn/nginx. Can you fix this?
